Daniel Hernandez
Daniel has served the people of Florida for over a decade. As both a private litigator and former Assistant State Attorney, he has helped businesses with their intellectual property and contract needs, navigated families through the nuances of family law, and sought justice for victims of misdemeanor and felony crimes, and defended the rights of those accused of the same.
He has handled hundreds of cases related to individual and business tax matters, while also helping families and individuals navigate the complex reality of Estate Planning, through the formation of wills or trusts.
Daniel currently serves as a volunteer on the City of Orlando Mayor's Veterans Advisory Council, and was previously a member of the Young Professionals Board for Harbor House of Central Florida, Orange County's only domestic violence shelter.
Kiran Joshi
Licensed in Florida since 2014, Kiran has resolved over 1500 individual tax matters and over 500 business cases. He has completed everything from simple filing errors to complex business audits. Kiran has also managed a team of 15 tax attorneys and mentored several into the next phase of their careers.
For five years, Kiran served as the director of his prior firm’s pro bono division, which oversaw cases for indigent clients facing matters such as eviction, identity theft, and tax preparation. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
Nicole Erwin
With more than 10 years of legal practice, Nicole is committed to providing high quality legal services to her clients in the most efficient manner.
With a primary focus on estate planning and tax matters, Nicole has dedicated her legal career assisting clients with their most personal and complex legal concerns, taking the time to truly involve the client and incorporate their goals and values.
When not practicing law, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and rooting for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
